> Betterplace (formerly Bnbprofits) is a Bali-based vacation rental property management company and real estate agency. It manages villas and apartments for owners, rents properties to guests on daily, monthly and long-term terms, and sells villas, apartments, land and hotel/villa complexes to buyers and investors across Bali, Indonesia.

Betterplace was founded in 2018 by Alex Makarov and Mark Ostrovsky and is headquartered on Jl. Raya Semat, Canggu, Bali. In 2020 it launched a vacation rental investment division. The company combines in-house software (including an Owner App) with on-the-ground operations, and serves three audiences: property owners, guests and buyers.
