Guests will have full access to the entire villa, including the private pool, air-conditioned living room, fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. You’ll also be just a short walk from 12 Urban Café and only minutes from Batu Bolong Beach. Our 24/7 concierge service is available to assist with any needs during your stay. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be associated with additional charges.

Daily housekeeping is provided, with extensions of service available upon request. Fresh linens and towels are provided upon arrival and will be changed every three days unless requested otherwise.
