The second floor features a spacious balcony overlooking the pool, offering the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the evening breeze. The villa also includes a billiard table, providing a fun space for family and friends to relax and enjoy some downtime.

Step outside to the private pool area, a refreshing escape with a wooden deck, and a comfortable outdoor seating area right by the pool.

Welcome to your Berawa villa! Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM (early and late check-in may be available upon request). Enjoy the modern, air-conditioned living room, fully equipped kitchen, and four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Relax in the private pool or have fun at the billiard table. The villa is within walking distance to Brunch Club Berawa and just a 7-minute drive to Berawa Beach. Please respect our house rules: no moving furniture, keep valuables in the safety box, turn off appliances when not in use, and smoke only outdoors. For any assistance, contact the villa manager. Daily housekeeping is provided, with extensions of service available upon request. Fresh linens and towels are provided upon arrival and will be changed every three days unless requested otherwise.
