How much commission split will there be between me and Betterplace?

At Betterplace, we value the efforts of our co-broking agents and offer competitive commission splits to reflect this. For properties priced below 1.5 million USD, the commission structure favors the agent with a 20% share, ensuring they are rewarded for their hard work with a 20:80 split. For higher value transactions exceeding 1.5 million USD, we recognize the need for greater collaboration and equal stake, adjusting the commission split to an equitable 50:50. This tiered approach incentivizes agents to engage with both standard and premium property markets.

How should I arrange viewings for my clients?

Ensuring a streamlined viewing process for potential buyers is crucial for the success of property transactions. As such, Betterplace manages all viewing arrangements to allow co-broking agents to focus on client relations and sales strategies. To facilitate this, agents are simply required to submit the client's name along with a partially redacted phone number, maintaining privacy. Our professional listing agents will then take over the coordination of these viewings, liaising directly with clients to schedule convenient times and provide necessary property details.

Who will draw up an LOI and Final agreement if my clients would like to purchase?

Once a client decides to proceed with a purchase, the facilitation of clear and efficient communication becomes paramount. Betterplace assists in setting up a dedicated communication channel via WhatsApp or Telegram, involving all key parties: the agent, client, property owner or developer, and a Betterplace listing agent. We provide an LOI template to ensure consistency and accuracy in drafting initial agreements. The agent is responsible for customizing this document based on specific deal parameters discussed in the group, ensuring that all terms are transparent and agreed upon by all parties before moving forward with the transaction

What are my responsibilities as a co-broking agent with Betterplace?

Co-broking agents at Betterplace play a critical role in the property sales process, from initial client engagement to the finalization of transactions.
