How much do property buyers pay for Betterplace services?

Our services for buyers are free of charge — from property selection to deal closing.

Why are the services free?

The agency commission is paid by the seller and already included in the property price.

Is the partnership exclusive?

No. You are free to work with other platforms and partners.

What properties qualify for the Property Management program?

We work with properties in Bali suitable for short-term rental with a potential yield of $150+ per night. Developer projects and villa complexes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

When do I receive my commission?

Property sales: commission is paid after the sale and purchase agreement is signed and Betterplace receives its agency fee. Property management: payments are made monthly, within 7 working days after the owner approves the monthly performance report. Property rentals: commissions are paid on the 5th of each month and include the total commission generated from the net reservation revenue of guests who checked out during the previous month.
