The agent also assists in promoting properties, responding to prospective leads, and ensuring an efficient booking process while maintaining strong guest relationships.

By optimizing both processes and expenditures, the Head of Operations plays a vital role in maximizing profitability and guest satisfaction.
Housekeeping Attendant

The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. They work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure year-round care and continued growth of garden spaces while overseeing any renovation or maintenance projects.

The Pool & Garden Staff is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of the villa’s outdoor areas, including swimming pools, gardens, and landscaping.
