The Property and its amenities are accessible to the Guest for their full enjoyment throughout their stay. However, the Owner, Owner’s Representative, or other staff and contractors may occasionally need to enter the Property (for example, to maintain the house, garden, swimming pool, utilities, and services, or to deliver additional services requested by the Guest). You must grant them reasonable access to the Property for these reasons.

Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may incur extra fees. Daily housekeeping is provided, with the option to extend the service upon request. Fresh linens and towels are supplied at arrival and changed every three days unless otherwise requested. Please be aware that pets are not permitted.
