The villa is conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and beaches. House rules prohibit indoor smoking, loud noise after 10 PM, and require guests to be responsible for any damages. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may incur extra fees. Daily housekeeping is provided, with the option to extend the service upon request. Fresh linens and towels are supplied at arrival and replaced every three days unless otherwise requested. Please note that there is nearby construction causing noticeable noise during daytime hours.
