  • Visuals: Fresh photos and/or videos showcasing both the interior and exterior of the property.
  • Legal Documents: Zoning information (ITR), Pondok wisata or hotel license, property tax number (NPWPD), and if applicable, a dwell license (for properties using ground water) and its tax number (NPWPD ABT).
  • Ownership Papers: Lease agreement between the Landlord and the Owner, land certificate, and lease owner ID - all either scanned or copied.
  • Building Permits: IMB/PBG or SLF, and SPPT and PBB.
