• Before Pick-Up
+ Provide valid documents: driver’s license (SIM A or international), ID (KTP/Passport/KITAS), and social media account names.
+ All documents must be original, valid, match the booking name, and may be rejected if false.
+ Special requests depend on availability and may incur extra charges.
• During Pick-Up
+ Show valid driver’s license and ID.
Driver age: 18–60 years.
+ Pay full rental fee upfront; deposit is returned upon car collection.
+ Take photos of the vehicle before use; return it in the same condition.
• Return
+ Return by the time stated on the voucher; no refunds for early returns.
+ Car must match the original condition and fuel level, or charges apply.
+ Deposit may be withheld for damages, legal violations, or policy breaches.

• Overtime
