Guests may check in from 3 PM onward and must check out by 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for an extra charge. Please do not move the furniture, store valuables in the safety box, and smoke or vape only outside. Quiet hours start at 10 PM, and any events need prior permission. The villa can be reached by car or motorbike; however, parking on-site is available only for motorbikes. Please be aware that nearby construction causes noticeable noise during the daytime.
