Guests may check in from 3 PM onward and must check out by 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for an extra charge. Please leave furniture as is, store valuables in the safety box, and smoke or vape exclusively outside. Quiet hours start at 10 PM, and events need prior permission. The villa can be reached by car or motorbike; however, parking on-site is reserved solely for motorbikes. Please be aware that nearby construction causes noticeable noise during the day.
