The Guest has full use of the Property and its facilities throughout their stay. However, the Owner, Owner’s Representative, staff, or contractors may need to enter the Property occasionally (for example, to maintain the house, garden, swimming pool, utilities, services, or to deliver additional services requested by the Guest). You must allow them reasonable access to the Property for these reasons.

Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may incur extra fees. Daily housekeeping is included, with the option to extend the service upon request. Fresh linens and towels are provided upon arrival and replaced every three days unless otherwise requested. Please be aware that pets are not permitted.
