1. Check-in is after 2 PM, and check-out is before 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
2. Please do not move, paint, or alter any furniture or fixtures without written permission.
3. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Use the safety box provided. We are not liable for any lost items. If you leave something behind, we can ship it to you at your cost.
4. We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur on the property.
5. Please switch off AC, fans, and lights when leaving the villa for the day.
6. Smoking/vaping is only allowed in outdoor areas. Please use ashtrays and bins provided. No smoking indoors.
7. Quiet hours are from 10 PM. Events must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges. Noise from neighbors, construction, or village life is out of our control—please inform the villa manager if disturbances arise.
8. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property. Lost keys will incur a $25 fee. Please treat the villa as your own home.
9. No illegal activities are allowed. Any such actions will result in immediate eviction, loss of payments, and a fine of IDR 5,000,000. Authorities will be informed if needed.
10. Report any equipment issues or problems to our staff immediately. Our team will assist you as soon as possible. Contact info is in your booking confirmation.
11. The villa is in a traditional village with open-air spaces. Occasional insects, animals, or natural sounds may occur—this is part of the Bali experience. Let our staff know if you need help.
