We are not liable for any lost items. If you leave something behind, we can ship it to you at your cost. 4. We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur on the property. 5. Please switch off AC, fans, and lights when leaving the villa for the day. 6. Smoking/vaping is only allowed in outdoor areas. Please use ashtrays and bins provided. No smoking indoors. 7. Quiet hours are from 10 PM. Events must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges. Noise from neighbors, construction, or village life is out of our control—please inform the villa manager if disturbances arise. 8. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property. Lost keys will incur a $25 fee. Please treat the villa as your own home. 9. No illegal activities are allowed. Any such actions will result in immediate eviction, loss of payments, and a fine of IDR 5,000,000. Authorities will be informed if needed. 10.
